1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within South Africa only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery within South Africa is 7–20 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier availability. Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

5. Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery.

6. Delays

Luma Cockpit is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 25 business days of dispatch, please contact us.

7. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
